Amesbury Chevrolet is proud to once again serve as the sponsor of the 2018 Amesbury Days Fireworks Show. This year’s event celebrates the city’s 350th anniversary, covering its rise from a mill town to one of the hottest cities in Massachusetts.
Amesbury Days will begin on Thursday, June 28th and runs through July 4th. This year’s event includes some traditional events, as well as some new attractions for attendees to enjoy. It all begins with the Senior BBQ.
Kids will enjoy the Kids Day in the Park, beginning on June 28th at 10 a.m. The attraction is free to attend and includes a Teddy Bear Parade, face painting, and much more. The Plum Island Steel Drum Band will provide live music for attendees to enjoy.
The Carriagetown Car Show takes place on July 1st at 9 a.m. in downtown Amesbury. Car enthusiasts can stop by to see classics, antiques, and hot rods. Proceeds will benefit the Carriage Museum and Amesbury Days.
The Amesbury Days Fireworks Show closes out the celebration on July 4th. Amesbury Chevrolet is sponsoring the closing show once again. The show kicks off on July 4th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The fireworks themselves are expected to begin around 9 p.m. Attendees can park at Woodsom Farm, Cashman Elementary School, and Amesbury High School.
