The Chevrolet lineup is about to expand with the highly anticipated arrival of the Chevrolet Blazer. The all-new 2019 Chevy Blazer will be situated between the compact Equinox and the three-row Traverse in the Chevrolet crossover and SUV lineup. It’s expected to arrive at dealerships in early 2019, and will bring some must-see styling and must-have features with it.
Look & Feel
The 2019 Chevy Blazer stands out from the rest of the crossover segment, and even from its fellow Chevrolet SUVs, thanks to a stylish, eye-catching design. HID headlamps, available 20-inch and 21-inch wheels, and trims with bold and unique details create multiple handsome options. The interior is refined and versatile, with premium materials and the useful Chevrolet-first Cargo Management System.
The impressive RS and Premier trims are powered by a standard 305-horsepower, 3.6-liter V6 engine paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Other trims get the 193-horsepower, 2.5-liter 4-cylinder. The Chevy Blazer will be available in all-wheel drive, and thus capable of tackling inclement weather as well as some dirt and gravel roads.
The 2019 Chevrolet Blazer will bring a sporty, stylish, and modern option to the Chevy SUV lineup. Here at Amesbury Chevrolet, we’re looking forward to learning more about this all-new SUV as new specs and information become available.

According to Chevy, the Chevrolet SUV lineup includes a range of designs and a wide selection starting with the smallest—the Chevy Trax. This fuel-efficient crossover is perfect for the urban jungle, offering great gas mileage while also keeping the perks of an SUV—a tall ride height, plenty of space, and a rugged exterior.
The Equinox is great for any driver, with a wide, athletic design, roomy interior, and powerful engine. Plus, this model is also affordable. Meanwhile, the Traverse offers the same quality and affordability, though in a larger, refined package. The Traverse is perfect for dirt roads, but it’s also simply comfortable for those looking to hit the highway.
Finally, the Tahoe and Suburban are the largest Chevy models. Each comes with great new features like Chevy MyLink and available 4G LTE Wi-Fi, as well as a number of innovative safety systems. The Suburban even has seating for up to eight people, making it the ideal people mover. Get a new Chevy SUV or crossover today.
Chevy recently released three new special edition SUVs, each of which has sharp styling and great new features. They include the Equinox Midnight Edition, Sport Edition, and Traverse Graphite Edition. Fans and reviewers can’t stop raving—these Chevy special edition SUVs are unlike anything you’ve ever seen.
According to Chevy, the Equinox special edition models will come with Mosaic Black Metallic (Midnight Edition) and Summit White (Sport Edition) colors. They will also have the following exterior features:
Black Chevy bowties
Black 18-inch alloy wheels
Jet-Black leather seating
Memory settings for driver
Black mirror caps
Black roof rack crossbars
This black undertone makes these new Chevy special edition SUVs bolder and sharper, with looks you can spot a mile down the road.
“Special Editions give consumers an opportunity to buy something outside of the mainstream trim designation,” said Karl Brauer, senior director of automotive industry insights for Kelly Blue Book. “This lets them spend a little more for a unique model, one that often provides a higher resale value when it’s time to sell or trade the vehicle for their next purchase.”
The 2017 Traverse Graphite Edition will be available exclusively on the 2LT trim. It will have multiple color options, including Mosaic Black Metallic, Tungsten Metallic, Siren Red Tintcoat, and Iridescent Pearl Tricoat. The Graphite Edition also gets:
20-inch Dark Charcoal wheels
Black Chevy bowties
Integrated Assist Step
These new Chevy special edition model are also being released after the Trax Midnight Edition was announced last December. Chevy owners are getting more options than ever before, as well as sharper vehicle styling to truly set them apart on the road.
